Following on from yesterday’s post I thought I would share some more of the music I have been listening to this month.
It doesn’t matter whether the music is happy or sad, for me it connects me with the hear and now, it helps me to tune out the regrets of yesterday and the fears for tomorrow.
Music creates a feeling that is current, it is happening to me now, I suppose it creates a simple mindfulness. I am then able to feel more relaxed, more positive and more creative.
